Delivery & Returns
ORDERING & RECEIPT
The full delivery address must be given when the order is placed.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check for any damages to packing materials and products before accepting delivery of the products and to report any damage by the delivery company within 48 hours. In the unlikely event that there is any damage, please DO NOT accept delivery, DO NOT sign the delivery paperwork; Ask the driver for a damaged freight report which will need your signature. Contact us as soon as possible. Goods are not covered by transit insurance once you have accepted the delivery. Kitty and Gus send out goods with UPS, Royal Mail & Parcelforce, if the goods are delayed in transit, it is beyond our control and postage refunds will not be given.

If goods are urgent, please let us know at the time of order. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement where delays occur to deliveries.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the correct product has been delivered to any other third party such as an upholsterer or curtain maker. We do not accept any responsibility for goods made up in the wrong fabric by a third party. We recommend you send your fabric sample to a third party so that they know what fabric(s) they are expecting.
Whilst we will make our best efforts to meet all orders, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on this website. We reserve the right to discontinue the offer of any product listed on the website at any time without notice.
Tracking your Consignment: You will receive an email to confirm that your items have been despatched. This will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement where delays occur to deliveries.
LEAD TIMES
Standard Delivery: Lead times will vary by item. Our delivery lead time is typically 5-7 working days.
Stock orders: Providing your items are in stock we will aim to deliver your order within 5-7 working days. Please note during peak periods you should allow up to 10 working days. Specific timescale information is available on each product page.
Made to Measure orders: We aim to deliver within six to eight weeks. Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days. Made to Measure items will arrive carefully boxed up.
Out of Stock items: If any part of your order is out of stock, we will notify you and advise you of the anticipated delivery date. All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines.

Printed Linens - These items are printed to order please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Olive & Daisy
Wallpapers - These items are printed to order please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
Martha & Hepsie
Printed Cotton - These items are printed to order please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
Abraham Moon
Wools - The delivery lead time is typically 5-7 working days.
Kitty & Gus Originals
Custom Homewares & Accessories - Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
Delivery times do vary. Kitty and Gus will give estimated dates of delivery prior to the order being placed. We are not liable for the consequence of any delay. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays. Any delay of part of an order against an estimated delivery date does not entitle the buyer to cancel the order.
DELIVERY
We use UPS, Royal Mail & Parcel Force to deliver your order.
Shipping your order: Where possible we will endeavour to send your complete order together, however, any items that are out of stock will be sent as soon as possible. Please note that if more than one product is placed on the same order, for example, a cut length piece of fabric along with Made-to-Measure, there will be two separate postage charges applied.
All orders (other than small parcels and samples) will need to be signed for by the recipient.
If there is no one in to receive your delivery, the delivery driver will leave a card, this gives you the option to arrange a re-delivery at your convenience (full details will be provided on the card).
UK DELIVERY CHARGES
UK mainland delivery charges (inclusive of VAT)
Gifts & Homewares
- Samples & Orders under £10 will be charged at £3.95 (Royal Mail Small Parcel / 2nd Class Standard)
- Orders over £10 and up to £100 (under 2kg in weight) will be charged at £5.95 (Royal Mail Small Parcel / Tracked 48)
- Orders over 2kg or over £100 will be sent by courier and charged at £9.95
Royal Mail Parcels & Services
Small Parcel - is deemed by Royal Mail to be 0-2KG in weight and dimensions = max length 45cm, max width 35cm, max depth 16cm.
Medium Parcel - is deemed by Royal Mail to be 0-20kg in weigh and dimensions = max length 61cm, max width 46cm, max depth 46cm.
Royal Mail 2nd Class - normally arrives in 2-3 business days, not signed for or tracked.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - normally arrives in 2-3 business days, tracked.
RETURNS
Unfortunately, cut fabric is non-returnable unless the fabric is faulty.
For other products such as homewares and accessories, we have a 28-day return policy if the goods are returned to us in perfect condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged.
We are confident that you’ll be happy with the quality of your purchase but in the event that you are not, we will do our best to resolve any problems. Please do get in touch with us by phone or by e-mail if you have any concerns and we will be more than happy to help.

MADE-TO-MEASURE PRODUCT RETURNS/REFUNDS
For goods made in our workshop only:
We inspect very thoroughly all Made-to-Measure products leaving our workshop and are confident that you will receive excellently made goods. We cannot accept returns in situations where we have been given incorrect measurements.
The following products are made to order; therefore, they are non-refundable/non-returnable:
- Made-to-Measure curtains, blinds, cushions, lampshades, headboards
- Fabric orders
- Wallpaper orders
All customers will receive an order confirmation email, this outlines your order in full including the exact measurements (in centimetres) of your order. Always check this and if there are any amendments to be made to the order, please ensure these are made to us by email within 24 hours of placing the order. If we have not been contacted within the 24 hour period, we shall assume that all the details are correct.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete measurements when ordering all Made-to-Measure Products.
We are not liable for any inaccurate and/or incomplete measurements provided.
