We’re delighted to be working with Floors Castle Food, a small-batch producer based on the historic Roxburghe Estate in the Scottish Borders. Using traditional recipes and carefully sourced ingredients, their chutneys, jams, tablet and biscuits are made with an emphasis on quality, heritage and flavour. Made in the Floors Castle Kitchen with generous lashings of butter, this Chocolate Chip Shortbread is perfectly baked to a light, crumbly texture.
