Orange & Ginger Marmalade | Floors Castle Food

We’re delighted to be working with Floors Castle Food, a small-batch producer based on the historic Roxburghe Estate in the Scottish Borders. Using traditional recipes and carefully sourced ingredients, their chutneys, jams, tablet and biscuits are made with an emphasis on quality, heritage and flavour. Each product reflects a shared appreciation for craftsmanship and thoughtful making — a natural fit for our shop and a pleasure to bring to you.

A tangy medium-cut marmalade with just enough zing to brighten your morning. Beautifully citrusy, with subtle notes of fresh ginger running through each spoonful, it offers a gentle warmth alongside its vibrant orange flavour. Delicious on toast, or used to add depth to salad dressings and as a glaze for roasted salmon. Made in the Floors Castle Kitchen.
